LADY CHERRYPIN  and THE NOBLE SOCIETY LADIES
ORGANIC COOKING CREATIONS

“Food! Must be exceptionally delicious or - no food at all!” Lady Cherrypin said, 'I am grateful to every little ingredient that brings pure joy to my table and my spirit. Remember, it eventually becomes a part of you,' and as our old dear friend, the Noble Society philosopher, Mr. Thoughtmill says “food is a highly emotional process, and it shapes not only your body, but your very mind!” 

Lady Cherrypin never measures her cooking ingredients, she is too spontaneous with her tasty inventions. However, she promises to be more precise in describing her recipes for our readers. The results are too delicious to forget.

RAINBOW PASTA AND SEAFOOD SALAD:

The Noble Society Ladies  serve this ultimately tasty dish warm!

a. I cook organic "rainbow" pasta to the right consistency, and then

b. Steam SEAFOOD:
    lobster tail,
    a few scallops,
    a piece of fresh salmon and/or any type of white fresh fish I can find,
    and a few shrimps.
 
I melt a good piece of unsalted butter and pour over  hot seafood.

c. my Dressing is crucial for this outstanding dish:

 *lemon juice and balsamic vinegar, a touch of honey, sea salt, and some organic olive oil.

I taste and taste this mixture over and over again, add a little more lemon juice or honey, or vinegar..... until I just love it! 

I add a little bit of purified cold  water and carefully stir the mixture.

*I chop fresh herbs, very  lightly!! For this dish I choose basil, tarragon, some thyme, parsley and dill.

*I Chop fresh red onions and garlic into somewhat small pieces.

*I gently mix  all that aromatic stuff together into my super dressing.

d.
I have my beautiful cut glass salad bowl to serve this fantastic dish!  First I put this colorful pasta in my bowl, pour some of my dressing over the pasta and mix it.

e.  I generously sprinkle pasta with graded parmesan cheese.

f. I slice one or two fresh tomatoes thinly, or cut them as sloppy small cubes and put  them over pasta. I pore some of my dressing over these pieces of tomatoes. 

g. here it comes the most important ingredient - seafood!!
I cut the seafood into some nicely sized pieces, not too small and not too big, and I put them in the bowl.

I generously pour more of my dressing on top of  the seafood,  and finally adorn this warm dish with olives, capers, and a few pieces of lovely herbs. 

Now it is ready to be served!  Any remaining dressing can be served  in a separate small  dish with a pretty serving ladle.  Guests can add it as much as they want to their pasta or seafood.  

I love  to serve this Rainbow Seafood Salad Pasta dish with a white light French wine.

LADY CHERRYPIN MAGIC DESSERT!

Lets create my favorite MAGIC DESSERT.

 
Do you have a beautiful wineglass?


a.  Put one or two small scoops of vanilla ice cream in your wine glass!

b. Drop a few fresh raspberries (3-5), one fresh strawberry cut in half, a couple of blackberries, and a few blueberries.  

c. Pour a few tablespoons of  Creme de Cassis, or Grand Marnier, or Frangelico liqueur  on the top of the berries and ice cream.

d. I then crown my dessert with a pretty chocolate candy, or just a small peace of my favorite dark chocolate.

e. Top it off with a small green leaf of fresh mint.

IT IS DONE!!
